On the occasion of your birthday, I gladly join your family, friends, associates, the good people of Agwa Clan, and well-wishers across the world in celebrating a remarkable leader, a dependable big brother, and an exceptional son of Agwa, Mr. Nduka B. Ozor.
Your life has remained a shining example of selfless service, visionary leadership, and unwavering commitment to the peace, unity, and development of our people. Through your leadership as President-General of Agwa Central Union (ACU), you have continued to inspire confidence, foster harmony, and promote the collective aspirations of Agwa.
As I have always said:
"Nduka Ozor is a name that inspires both the young and the old. It is a name that emboldens the confidence of every Agwa son and daughter whenever it is mentioned and to do more for our clan."
Your leadership has been defined by courage, humility, and an uncommon sense of responsibility.
"As the President-General of Agwa Central Union (ACU), like your predecessor, Barr. Benson Akunya, you have borne the badge of Agwa in times of peace and in moments of despair without cowering."
I firmly believe that Agwa's future depends on leaders who possess vision, compassion, and the ability to unite the people. That is why I proudly say:
"Agwa, as a clan, is a large and vibrant entity. For such a densely populated community to continue to make progress, a leader with open-mindedness is needed. A leader with means and reach is needed. A leader with an enlightened voice and a global outlook is required. And above all, a leader you can truly call a homeboy—one who embodies modesty and civility, understands the behavioural dynamics of the people, appreciates the cultural heritage of the land, and possesses a firm grasp of the issues of the moment for progressive achievements. All of these qualities, we have in Mr. Nduka Ozor. I believe Agwa people could not have asked for a better leader than the man we celebrate today."
