The ministry directed all recruited teachers to appear with their original certificates and other academic credentials for sighting and verification.

It also identified the First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) as an important document required during the exercise, stating that it would be used in calculating the age of each teacher in accordance with the White Paper on Downsizing and Rightsizing of the Imo State Public Service.

The ministry further warned that teachers who fail to undergo the data capturing exercise will not receive their salaries.
The Commissioner urged all newly recruited teachers to strictly adhere to the timetable and comply with the procedures at IDCL.
