Tunji-Ojo encouraged Nigerians to use the festive period as an opportunity for prayer, reflection, and renewed commitment to values that promote peaceful coexistence and national development. He urged citizens to seek divine guidance and support for the nation as it continues efforts to strengthen peace, security, and economic prosperity.
The Federal Government also called on Nigerians, regardless of religious or ethnic background, to embrace the spirit of unity, tolerance, and mutual understanding that Eid-El-Kabir represents, stressing the importance of collective responsibility in building a stronger and more inclusive nation.
Reaffirming its commitment to national cohesion, the government wished Muslims a joyful, peaceful, and spiritually rewarding celebration, while expressing hope that the occasion would further strengthen bonds of brotherhood and shared humanity among all Nigerians.
