OPM Men Fellowship Worldwide President-General Visits Home Branch, Donates Motorcycle, Relief Materials

Agwa, Oguta LGA, Imo State- A remarkable atmosphere of worship, humanitarian service and Kingdom advancement enveloped Omega Power Ministry (OPM) Agwa Branch in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo State on Sunday, August 2, 2026, as the President-General of OPM Men Fellowship Worldwide, Eld. Dr. Ambassador Malachi Ndubuisi Ebepu (JP), paid a special working visit to his home branch.
The visit, described by church members as historic, reflected the continuous growth of the Agwa congregation and reinforced OPM's commitment to evangelism, community development and support for members. Beyond joining the congregation in worship, the President-General donated a motorcycle to facilitate church evangelism and outreach programmes, alongside food items, women's uniforms and financial support.
The event attracted church leaders, members and guests from different parts of the country, who gathered to witness what many described as another practical demonstration of Christian service and Kingdom stewardship.
Speaking with journalists shortly after the service, the Resident Pastor of OPM Agwa Oguta Branch, Pastor Larry Okorigbo, expressed profound appreciation to the President-General for identifying with the church.
"Today is a great day in the history of OPM to seeing the President-General of OPM with the full strength of his team, not just visiting the home branch, but worshipped with us, and in his usually ways, donates a Motorcycle to the church for kingdom outreaches and other items for humanity.
"We are happy to have a such humane and hardworking person who at all times, uses his resources to work for God in different ways. He is a strong pillar of Kingdom expansion and evangelical business here, from the building of the church to the roofing and other things he does for the growth of OPM, may God of Doctor Jesus continue to bless him."
Responding, Eld. Dr. Amb. Malachi Ndubuisi Ebepu (JP) commended Pastor Larry Okorigbo for his commitment to the ministry, describing him as a blessing to the Agwa branch. He also praised members of the church for remaining steadfast in their faith and dedication to God's work.
According to him, Omega Power Ministry remains committed to Kingdom expansion, soul winning, humanitarian service and preparing believers for eternal life through sincere worship and practical Christianity.
"My visit with you today is a very good one. I must appreciate your efforts. God is here and there is power of God in OPM. I want to encourage you all. But first of all, I bring you greetings from my family and lovely wife.
"We are here to worship and serve God in OPM, and I may tell you that God is here. Let us worship God with our time, resources and talents, because He is faithful and rewards His faithful servants."
He further encouraged members to intensify evangelism by reaching out to others with the message of salvation and introducing more people to what he described as the transforming power of "Doctor Jesus."
In further demonstration of his commitment to humanitarian service, the President-General, fondly called "Malas," made several donations on behalf of himself and his family. These included bags of rice, assorted food condiments, cash support and a complete set of OPM Women's Fellowship wrappers for the women of the church.
The motorcycle presented to the church is expected to enhance evangelism and improve transportation for Kingdom outreach activities within Agwa and neighbouring communities. Additional financial assistance was also provided to support fueling and maintenance of the motorcycle, while members of his entourage equally made personal cash donations to the church and beneficiaries.
The distribution of women's uniforms attracted excitement among female members, many of whom said owning the official OPM wrapper had previously been difficult because of financial constraints.
One of the beneficiaries, speaking on behalf of the women, expressed heartfelt appreciation for the support.
"The food items and condiments are timely. As a farming community, this is our farming season and these items will help us provide food for our families. The money will also go a long way in meeting some household needs.
"We can't thank him enough for the OPM Women Wrapper. It has been a burden to some of us, but today our son and President, Dee Malasi, has taken these burdens off from us. May God continue to protect and reward him."
News of the donations quickly spread across Agwa community, attracting commendation from residents who described the President-General as a compassionate leader committed to both spiritual growth and human development.
Many noted that his continuous support for church projects, humanitarian interventions and community development reflects the vision of the Founder and General Overseer of Omega Power Ministry Worldwide, HRM Apostle Dr. Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, whose ministry is widely recognised for providing free education, healthcare, business empowerment and other interventions for vulnerable persons.
A native of Umueze Obudi, Agwa Ancient Kingdom in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo State, Eld. Dr. Amb. Malachi Ndubuisi Ebepu is a businessman involved in solar energy and other commercial ventures. He is also recognised as a philanthropist, church leader and advocate of peaceful coexistence and human development.
His visit to OPM Agwa Branch further underscored his passion for strengthening the church, promoting evangelism and supporting the welfare of members through practical expressions of Christian love.
